Yoga is more than a form of exercise, it is a practice of spiritual development, training the body and mind to observe and become aware of its own nature. At Journey Yoga, we cultivate mindfulness and self-regulation in the individual through conscious breath and positive visualization.

 

Our Guru Jee, Natalia Rothman, has crafted classes to alleviate stress, focus the mind, align the flow of chakra energy, and help bring students to a higher consciousness.​ Sessions are open to all levels. We welcome anyone who wishes to experience a challenging workout, as well as, anyone who wants to connect to feelings of gratitude and peace.
